Booth
Space Package (10 x 10 booths) is only $450. This deluxe package includes one
six foot table, two chairs, one waste basket and sign as well as list of
participants tabulated after the event. 20 x 20 Island space is also available
at a discounted rate of $1,500.
·
Table
Space Package – one six foot table (limited number – wineries have first
priority) $150. Space is limited to tabletop display only. No perimeter
display, storage or display allowed. Attendee lists are not available with this
package. We encourage upgrading to booth space if promoting your
self/product/service is important, and you can fill the space with display and
product promotion.
·
Corkage
fees have been waived. The only additional fees are those associated with the
health department for food service and any fees associated with alcoholic
beverage sales. This information is provided in the exhibitor information
packet one month prior to show time.
·
Distribution
of sample-sized product will be allowed and encouraged.
·
Food
sales and order taking can be accomplished from your booth.
·
Exhibitors
can carry in most of their product while Freeman Decorating will provide
advance order discounts on refrigeration, electricity, shipping, furnishings
and other necessities.
·
We’ve
negotiated a discount for hotel rooms ($69) on a space available basis (Contact
the Reno Hilton at 800-648-5080) This rate will sell out.

consumers from various Northern California and Nevada regions (expecting 2,500
minimum in 2003) as well as industry buyers provided with special
invitation/badge (area restaurants, retailers, buyers)

Behind
The Scenes: Year two of what will soon be one of Reno’s
signature events – this is the best way to describe the Reno/Tahoe Wine &
Gourmet Food Festival. With the Reno Hilton as Title Sponsor and the support of
the community and various media connections, this will be the show to watch,
participate in and grow together with.
Promotion includes advertising in
various travel publication including Southwest Airlines and America West
Airlines and AAA’s VIA (January and March), radio and television (both local
and nation wide – beginning in April), Various newspapers and magazines
including the Reno Gazette with discounted coupons as well as calendars in
various food and beverage magazines and internet sites and direct mail, email
and fax broadcasting.

will provide press, industry and guests with a limited number of complimentary
passes. Send your guest list in immediately to take advantage of this
offer!
Educational
programming, banquets and activities will be scheduled in conjunction with this
event with minimal overlap with Marketplace hours (Friday evening a taste of
town will showcase local restaurants and suggestions for wine pairing from 6pm
– 8pm. A Saturday evening winemaker’s dinner is scheduled for 7pm – 10pm and
educational programming will run from 2:30pm – 6:30 pm). Staff your booth
accordingly! Events and programs are a great place to network.
